The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is the UK’s independent data protection regulator. Raise your concern with us first; if you’re unhappy with our response, you can escalate to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

What happens after you submit
We acknowledge every complaint and aim to respond within 30 days. We investigate your concern, keep a record of the steps we take, and contact you with our outcome. If you’re not satisfied, you can escalate to the ICO (above).
