Your right to complain to the ICO
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is the UK’s independent data protection regulator. We encourage you to raise your concern with us first. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can take your complaint to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

What happens after you submit your complaint
We acknowledge every complaint and aim to respond within 30 days. We investigate your concern, keep a record of the steps we take, and contact you with the outcome. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can take your complaint to the ICO.
